Cobalt Sky Revenue Soars to Nearly £2m

February 27 2012

London-based research technology firm Cobalt Sky has reported a 12% increase in annual revenue to £1.99m in 2011.

Raz KhanCobalt Sky - originally known as ATP - has provided software and analytic services and solutions to the research industry since 1989. The company handles all IT related aspects of a survey - from setting up the online questionnaire, sourcing the sample, producing tables and charts, and hosting the results in its interactive portal.

For 2011, like-for-like sales increased 8%, which included new revenue raised from the acquisition of MRDC's data management operation at the beginning of the year.

Raz Khan (pictured), the firm's MD, commented: 'We are pleased with the overall result, but the second half of the year has proved more difficult than the first half, we believe, due to overall economic uncertainty.'
