Senior Marketing and MR Hires for Fox

Entertainment giant Twentieth Century Fox has boosted its marketing and research team with the appointments of former Warner Bros and CBS Films exec Debbie Miller, and former MarketCast MD Kevin Yoder.

Miller, who worked previously with Fox Chief Creative Officer Tony Sella, rejoins the firm in a month's time as EVP of Marketing, and reports to Sella and CMO Oren Aviv.

Yoder, who starts on April 10th as EVP of Research and Strategy, spent sixteen years at ents specialist Nielsen NRG, latterly as COO, before leaving in 2008 to join MarketCast. In a joint statement, Sella and Aviv said Yoder was 'one of the most respected and talented marketers and researchers in this industry' and added: 'We are incredibly fortunate to have someone on our team with his breadth of knowledge and industry insights.'

Miller, who will oversee publicity, promotion, research and digital marketing strategies, leaves CBS Films where she was EVP of Worldwide Marketing, helping to create the marketing dept when the company was established in 2008; and before that served as EVP of Domestic Theatrical Marketing at Warner Bros, a role which included heading up campaigns for the Harry Potter films. She joined Warner Bros as SVP of Publicity in 2001 after her earlier stint at Fax when she was VP National Publicity.
