WorldOne Hires Harris's Phillips to Lead Quality Standards

In the UK, online healthcare data collection firm WorldOne has appointed Harris Interactive veteran Neil Phillips as Vice President of Quality. The firm says that in addition to enhancing its own procedures, Phillips will contribute to improving quality standards across the industry.

Neil PhillipsFounded in 2000, WorldOne offers access to a panel of 1.6 million healthcare professionals across more than 80 countries. The firm is headquartered in New York, with regional offices in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, São Paulo and Mexico City.

Phillips joins after an eighteen-year career with Harris Interactive, where he latterly served as Head of Global Panel Services, responsible for all the firm's panels, including the Harris Poll Online Panel, and for clients' custom panels.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Peter Kirk says quality is the firm's top priority and adds: 'Neil's demonstrated analytical skills, his holistic approach, and broad range of experience makes him the perfect candidate to step into this key role.'
