New UK Agency RSVP Launches

May 28 2012

In the UK, MR veterans Hashim Emadi and Steve Elliott have launched a new company, RSVP Research, which will use a 'virtual office' setup to offer clients fast turnaround and low cost work.

Steve Elliott and Hashim EmadiThe co-founders each have around twenty years' experience in MR. Emadi has worked both client and agency side, mostly recently the latter - he spent the last two years at MetrixLab as Commercial Director (Media & Advertising), following more than seven years at Holden Pearmain Research, latterly as a Director. Prior to this he spent time as Head of Research at Carlton TV and TV Research Manager at Mediacom. Elliott also worked at Carlton, between 1995 and 2000, before moving to GMTV, where he was Head of Research and spent ten years; and then ITV Breakfast where he spent eighteen months, also as Head of Research.

RSVP will function as a full service custom agency using a broad range of research techniques and working with a range of well-established partner organisations. Emadi says the new company will blend a strong customer service ethic and an aggressive pricing policy: 'By utilising the very latest virtual office technology we can dispense with the overheads and administration costs associated with a physical office, and deliver a fast, effective service at highly competitive rates, without compromising on quality'. Elliott says the virtual office is 'the next logical step' to reduce overheads, after companies moved out of major urban centres and in some cases moved their operations abroad, 'keeping overheads down and delivering the same quality of research for less.'

The new company is online at www.rsvpresearch.co.uk .
