Influx of Top Brass at Op4G

June 15 2012

US-based charity-focused panel specialist Op4G (Opinions For Good) has appointed Frank Nappo as President and CEO, and Chris Stearns as CTO; and hired former Toluna execs Frank Hayden - as COO - and Archie Ignacio, as North American VP of Client Services.

Frank NappoFounded in 2010, Op4G invites its panel members - non-profit donors, fundraisers and volunteers - to participate in paid online research surveys, and then donate a portion of their income to one or more of its 300 plus registered non-profits.

Nappo (pictured) joins with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having previously spent eleven years as Executive Director as Seacoast YMCA, where he oversaw all aspects of HR, insurance, risk management and development and training. Prior to this he was a director at independent association Boothbay Region YMCA. In his new role, Nappo says he aims to expand Op4G's services and membership to benefit 'many worthy charities' and comments: 'I know too well that the sources for funding the charitable mission of a non-profit organization continue to dwindle.'

Hayden brings to his new role more than eighteen years of leadership experience in the data collection sector. For the past six years, he worked at panel and online survey software provider Toluna, where he was responsible for managing several major accounts and sales teams.

Ignacio was most recently Toluna's AD - Project Delivery, and spent nearly four years at the company. Prior to this, he served as Project Manager at Lightspeed Research, and as an RA at Marketing Solutions Corporation.

Stearns brings more than thirteen years' web-based software development and leadership experience, gained across a wide variety of organizations and start-ups throughout the US.
