In the US, market research and mystery shopping specialist TrendSource has launched an app to enable field workers to submit data in real-time through their mobile phones.Full service agency TrendSource partnered with its mystery shopper database provider MSI Services to launch the new MSI Mobile app for Apple and Android users. The tool provides mystery shoppers with access to project descriptions along with the ability to upload digital photos.
Jana De Anda (pictured), TrendSource Executive of Operations, explains: 'With the rising importance and convenience of mobile technology, it became evident that the next step to further support our field agent community would be the availability of an application to support mobile functionality while they are out in the field collecting data for our clients.'
