Adaptive Planning Buys BI Data Visualization Firm myDIALS

Corporate performance management specialist Adaptive Planning has acquired myDIALS, which offers tools for visualization and analysis of business performance metrics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

John HerrmyDIALS' cloud-based visual discovery and analytics solution enables companies of all sizes to understand the stories behind the business intelligence data created in their enterprise systems. The system offers interactive, drill-down, automated alerts, along with analytics and data capture and aggregation solutions.

Through the acquisition, Adaptive Planning will broaden its software as a service (SaaS) business analysis platform to enable clients to explore key data from across the company, gain new insights, and take action on key drivers.
