October 29 2012

NYC-based customer analytics and interaction specialist iQor has acquired HardMetrics, which provides cloud-based visual business intelligence, business analytics and reporting solutions.

iQor Buys...iQor's Big Data analytics engine QuantuMatch mines clients' data to help them understand and communicate with their customer base, including both customer support and processing services as well as marketing.
