Cross-Tab 'to Hire 1400' in India

Global research and analytics outsourcing firm Cross-Tab says it is planning to recruit a further 1400 staff in India, adding to its existing 600-strong headcount based in Bangalore and Mumbai. The company has also launched a new research platform called ctOS.

Ashwin MittalFounded in 2000, Cross-Tab offers a full range of market research operations, marketing services and data analytics solutions including global data collection, MR process outsourcing, survey analytics, social media and big data, healthcare and technology solutions.

In addition to its headquarters in Mumbai and office in Bangalore, the firm has locations in London, Seattle, New York and San Jose. According to reports in the press, Cross-Tab is also planning to open a third office in India.

Separately, the firm has launched a new tool called the Cross-Tab Optimser Suite (ctOS), which it describes as 'the world's most advanced research platform'. Designed to enhance the efficiency, productivity and speed of global market research, ctOS serves as a platform through which to build up the basic market research processes such as survey scripting, project management, data management and charting, along with live reporting and data warehousing solutions.
