Six New VPs for dunnhumbyUSA

Customer analytics specialist dunnhumbyUSA, the joint venture between The Kroger Company and London-based dunnhumby, has announced six promotions to Vice President: Brian Higdon, Dawn Valandingham, Megan Moglia, Sean Hannon, Susan Visconte and Dawn Shirley.

Higdon, Valandingham and Hannon take the title of Vice President, Client Leadership. Higdon will be responsible for driving strategic engagement with grocery and beverage manufacturers. Higdon, a former Ipsos Insight exec who joined dunnhumby five years ago, has worked on the organizational evolution and growth of the manufacturer practice and helped develop and launch its customer relationship management solutions.

Valandingham will be responsible for building key relationships across departments and categories for The Kroger Co, for which client she has worked in previous roles at dunnhumby. Before joining the company she was Category Manager at Perfetti Van Melle. Hannon will lead the firm's engagement with alcoholic beverage and health & beauty care manufacturers. Earlier, he helped to create and shape the company's Tesco manufacturer practice in Ireland, as well as its US CPG strategy. Before joining, he was Business Analyst, Strategic Projects at Miller Brewing Company.

Moglia and Visconte will be Vice Presidents, Client Solutions. Moglia takes responsibility for the innovation roadmap and the evolution of customer price and promotion planning tools. She was previously Director, Client Solutions, helping to design and develop price optimization programs; and before joining dunnhumby was Director, Category Management and Shopper Insights for Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Visconte will lead a team advising dunnhumby's alcoholic beverage and health & beauty care clients on forming strong relationships with customers. Prior to joining dunnhumbyUSA, she spent three years Nielsen's BASES subsidiary, most recently as Manager, Client Consulting.

Shirley is promoted to Vice President, Communications & Media, responsible for developing client engagement strategies for CPG clients, after more than eight years at the company, much of it spent on business development within the grocery industry. She worked earlier as Director, Analytical Consulting at Catalina Marketing Corporation.
