Decipher Hires Two for US Senior Team

US-based research technology firm Decipher has appointed Jeffrey Bergman for the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer, based in the firm's Fresno headquarters, while Jonathan Tice joins as SVP of Client Development in New York.

Founded in 2000, Decipher is a market research services provider specializing in online survey programming, data collection, data processing/reporting and custom technology development. The firm's Beacon solution integrates its data collection capabilities with a DIY graphical interface for online and mobile surveys.

Certified public accountant Bergman was most recently a Partner at accounting firm Dritsas Groom McCormick, where he worked for more than twelve years. His experience ranges from planning and managing everything from tax preparation to financial statement audits, meeting financial reporting obligations, developing processes to improve efficiency and profitability, and an in-depth knowledge of financial and tax reporting regulations.

Tice joins with a decade of experience in online marketing research. Most recently, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at sampling and data collection provider Authentic Response, prior to which he worked in the market research and marketing divisions at TechTarget and Lycos.
