Northumberland, UK-based MR and insight company d.fferento/ogy has appointed Mark James as its Director of Insight. He joins from media research agency Other Lines of Enquiry.
James brings eleven years of experience in the sector; has worked with firms including Sony, P&G, ITV and The Telegraph; and holds a MA in Marketing from Newcastle Business School.
In his new role, splitting his time between the company's North East and London offices, he takes responsibility for managing and growing the firm's insight team, driving revenue and general management areas.
James says he is 'particularly excited' that the new role will allow him to 'team up with in-house creatives and designers who can help to bring our outputs to life' - using 'more creative forms of communication' than the typical 'standard bar charts', including videos.
