comScore Reports Another Record Quarter

Digital measurement specialist comScore has reported its highest quarterly revenue to date, up 21% on the prior year period to $69.9m.

Dr Magid AbrahamFor the second quarter, comScore achieved GAAP income before income taxes (which included a $1.2m gain related to the settlement of litigation) of $0.9m; and GAAP net loss of $398k, compared with a loss of $6.59m last year.

For the third quarter, comScore is projecting GAAP revenue in the range of $69.5m to $73.5m, and GAAP loss before income taxes in the range of $3.6m to $1.9m. For the full year 2013, the company is anticipating non-GAAP pro forma revenue in the range of $280.5m to $287.5m, and non-GAAP pro forma profit/loss before income taxes of between -$4.1m and +$1.0m.
