Survey Analytics Rolls Out in NZ and Aus

US-based Survey Analytics is rolling out its research software tools across New Zealand and Australia.

The firm, headquartered in Seattle, WA with offices in Cincinnati, OH, offers a range of online tools including survey product QuestionPro; e-mail distribution list manager ContactPro; and online polling service micropoll. It will now make its cloud-based enterprise research platform and mobile research apps available to organizations in New Zealand and Australia.

Melbourne Airport in Australia is already using the company's platform and services to research a variety of points in the overall customer experience including curbside, check-ins, security, passport control and customs, baggage claim, facilities, travel demographic information and more.
