Impact Adds a Director

Surrey, UK-based agency Impact Research has appointed Sarah Birkett, formerly a Research Director at Ipsos MORI, to help lead its Project Delivery Team.

Birkett spent thirteen years at Ipsos MORI, most recently as the senior director within the Market Dynamics team. In her new role, also with the title of Research Director, Birkett will support the existing Senior Associate Director both with people management and specific project responsibilities. She will also have responsibility for new business development and the development of key client accounts.

Impact, which last month reported turnover of £1.3m for the year to April 2013 - almost double that of the previous year - was founded in 2010 by former Holden Pearmain execs Darryl Swift and Michael Brainch, and has since recruited two of their former senior colleagues, David Pearmain and Jamie Margerison.
