Nicholls to Head Ipsos Loyalty Employee Research

In the UK, Jonathan Nicholls has moved from Ipsos MORI's Public Affairs division to serve as Head of Employee Research for Ipsos Loyalty - the division which focuses on helping companies improve business performance through customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Jonathan NichollsNicholls (pictured) takes up the new role with more than fifteen years' experience of heading research teams across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He first joined MORI in 2001, creating the company's first dedicated specialist qualitative research unit. He left to take up the position of Head of Research at the Mental Health Foundation, before returning to Ipsos MORI in 2006, most recently serving as Head of Health Research in Ipsos Public Affairs.

In his new role, Nicholls will lead the delivery of Ipsos' employee research strategy in the UK, including its integration into the Ipsos Loyalty client offer. He will also focus on the development of major employee research programmes delivered in collaboration between Ipsos Loyalty and Ipsos Public Affairs.
