New Shopfront for Trendstream's GlobalWebIndex

Technology trend consultancy Trendstream has introduced an 'Insight Store', giving individuals and companies access to data from its GlobalWebIndex usage study.

Tom SmithThe GlobalWebIndex was launched in 2009 to track digital media usage and understand consumers' attitudes, motivations and Internet behavior, across all devices and in 32 countries around the world. Trendstream recently increased the size of its US and UK panel to 30,000 consumers a year, and claims that the study is the largest ongoing survey of its kind.

Founder Tom Smith (pictured) comments: 'By opening up our data to smaller businesses and occasional users, we hope to enhance understanding of just how massive a change is taking place in the way consumers access information and communicate with brands.'
