Manchester-based consumer research agency Join the Dots has announced a 23% increase in annual revenue to £4.9m in 2013, driven by a mix of existing and new clients, and 35% growth in international revenues.
Founded as Virtual Surveys in Hook, Hampshire in 1998, the company moved its headquarters to Manchester in 2004, and changed its name in June 2011. Last year, Join the Dots opened an office in London's Tottenham Court Road, and hired twenty new members of staff. A further eight new team members have already been appointed since the beginning of 2014.
Sales & Marketing Director Graeme Lawrence (pictured) commented: 'With one fifth of last year's revenue coming from international clients, we're looking to build on our successes and improve our global research offer in 2014.'
