US-based data collection agency Azure Knowledge Corporation continues to expand with the launch of offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Moscow, Russia; and has appointed Danielle Ribeiro de Souza and Ernest Khodzhaev, respectively, to lead them.
With 500 employees on four continents, Azure offers multi-channel interviewing of b2b, medical and consumer audiences and bills itself as a 'one-stop-shop' for end-to-end MR operations services for global market research agencies.
Khodzhaev and Ribeiro de Souza take the title of Country Manager for their respective domains, and will combine local project management with strategic proposal support. Azure says the openings are 'central in its drive to continuously meet the demands of its existing and new clients executing projects in those regions'.
Azure recently opened a new office in London, led by European MD and former MRops and Ronin exec Rafal Gajdamowicz; and says Shanghai is next.
Co-founder Jay Ruparel says local knowledge and presence around the globe are 'an essential element of our business and a core asset geared to meet our clients' varied needs'. He adds: 'When conducting difficult research projects in evolving countries such as Brazil and Russia, it is essential to have a solid team on the ground to help our clients navigate the changing local landscape and make the best business decisions in those regions'.
