Contentsquare Relocates in London to Support Growth

April 3 2019

US-based user experience analytics platform Contentsquare has relocated its London office to a larger space in the capital, in order to service its growing retail client base and support team expansion. The latter includes plans to create twenty new jobs during the next twelve months.

Duncan KeeneContentSquare helps businesses understand how and why users are interacting with their app, mobile and web sites; combining behavioural data from billions of touch and mouse movements every day with artificial intelligence to help clients to measure the impact of their actions, and optimize the customer journey.

Since launching in London three years ago, Contentsquare has seen its global client base jump from 50 in 2017 to more than 300 currently, while its team has doubled in the past eighteen months alone. To support this expansion, the firm has moved from its original UK base in Farringdon to new offices between Farringdon and the Barbican, comprising over 6,500 square feet.

UK MD Duncan Keene (pictured) comments: 'We chose to remain in Farringdon as it is a vibrant area that's easily accessible for both our team and our clients. Having doubled in size already, we also needed offices that were big enough to not only offer us the space needed for now, but that we could grow into as we continue to expand.'

The firm, which last year raised $42m in a Series B round of growth funding, is online at: www.contentsquare.com .
