Global consumer insights agency InSites Consulting has acquired Paris, France-based creative crowdsourcing firm eÿeka for an undisclosed sum. As part of the deal, InSites has opened a client service office in Paris, from where it will support existing clients in the country.
With a network of more than 400,000 creatives across 164 countries, eÿeka helps brands stimulate innovation, improve brand communication and drive better customer experience. Through the acquisition, InSites Consulting says it will better meet the increasing needs of its clients to drive more impact from the consumer insights they generate, while also helping clients deliver ideas and concepts to spur business growth. François Petavy, CEO of eÿeka, says that by combining strengths, eÿeka and InSites Consulting now offer a fully digital and integrated end-to-end solution through which to deliver the most relevant ideas possible to clients.
