Kantar NZ Shuffles Senior Management Team

May 3 2019

In New Zealand, Kantar has named Simon Munro Business Development Director, while Ian Wentworth moves to the post of Business Delivery Director and Stu Eagle is promoted to Technical Solutions Director.

Simon Munro, Ian Wentworth and Stu EagleMunro moved from London to Auckland in 2015, and has since been working for law firm Chapman Tripp as Business Development Manager. Before this, in London, he was Head of Commercial Development for consulting firm The Reputation Institute, Head of Business Development for NatCen Social Research, Senior Business Development Manager for the COI, and Senior Business Development Executive for Opinion Leader.

Separately, Wentworth is now responsible for leading change management within the internal-facing aspects of the business, especially automation, efficiency and alternative data sources, as well as overseeing a smooth workflow process. He will work alongside Eagle, who now focuses on developing and continuously improving a centre of excellence within the organisation in terms of research methods, analytics and processes.

All three roles are part of the senior management team and will include client leadership responsibilities. Insights Division MD David Thomas comments: 'The new roles that Ian and Stu fulfil are critical to providing the mechanisms for a constructive and astute organisation, while Simon will bring a unique breadth of business understanding and is tasked with seeking out and embracing new opportunities to bring our unique mix of skills to bear on business's marketing issues'.
