4INFO Adds Smart TV Data through Inscape Partnership

In the US, mobile ad targeting specialist 4INFO has integrated Inscape's viewing data from more than eleven million smart TVs into its platform, to help marketers match it with other online and off-line data.

Tim JenkinsInscape captures viewing data from millions of smart TVs, while providing ACR (automatic content recognition) technologies and cross-screen metrics. 4INFO says that combining its own advanced TV solutions, powered by its 'Custom Connected Identity Map', with Inscape's single source of opt-in smart TV viewing data will inform marketing campaigns, advertising creative and more accurately optimize and segment specific interactions with consumers.

Marketers will now be able to map program or ad viewing data at the device level to any matched data set, allowing them to measure campaigns based on business outcomes, and understand ad exposures against cross-platform analytics and measurement. 4INFO CEO Tim Jenkins (pictured) comments: 'By matching 4INFO's unique identity mapping capabilities with Inscape's Smart TV data, we are able to provide a holistic view of audience data without compromising consumer privacy'.
