Ad Measurement Platform RadioBuy Acquired

In China, third party marketing data and tech provider Miaozhen Systems has acquired audio advertising measurement platform and audio recognition technology specialist RadioBuy, for an undisclosed sum.

Jane ZhaoMiaozhen says the buy further strengthens its off-line media measurement capabilities. RadioBuy will become part of its Omni-Marketing Intelligence (OMI) measurement concept, which offers a measurement solution for advertising, marketing and business operations. This integration will enable Miaozhen to build a connected marketing measurement solution covering both online and off-line channels.

Jane Zhao (pictured), President of Miaozhen Systems, comments: 'Upon the completion of the acquisition, the entire resources of RadioBuy, including its talents, patents, technologies, products, clients and brand, will be fully integrated into Miaozhen Systems. The acquisition will further complete our product matrix and provide clients with a better and more comprehensive omni-marketing measurement service'.
