Qualtrics Adds Survey Programming via API

June 28 2019

Experience management company Qualtrics has added API-driven survey programming capabilities to its Research Core insights platform, with the aim of helping users spend less time designing surveys and more time drawing and acting on insights from the data.

Kelly WaldherSAP-owned Qualtrics helps brands continually assess the quality of their four 'core experiences' - customers, employees, products and brands. The new features allow users to automate the creation and launch of research projects. Through Research Core, which is built on the Qualtrics XM Platform, the firm says the APIs will allow users to code even the most complicated surveys and control the questions, logic, quotas, branding and other aspects of survey design.

Research Core VP Kelly Waldher (pictured) explains: 'By automating an otherwise time-consuming process, this API-driven approach gives researchers the flexibility needed to increase productivity and gain higher quality insights. Survey programming joins a series of recent innovations to Qualtrics Research Core, making it a powerful toolkit for the modern researcher'.
