In the US, change management advisor PA Consulting has acquired specialist innovation business 4iNNO, for an undisclosed sum.
Cincinnati-based 4iNNO uncovers consumer insights for strategy and R&D; helping clients with their various business growth targets, enhancing existing brands and creating new products. 4iNNO's offer will now enhance PA's capabilities in strategy, innovation and new product development and help clients take initial ideas through to commercialization.
This is PA's fifth acquisition in eighteen months and its second in the United States, following the takeover of innovation research, strategy and product design business Essential Design; consumer insight and brand strategy specialist Sparkler; customer experience (CX) design and engineering agency We Are Friday; and specialist aviation company Nyras.
