Acquisition brings B2B Data Firms Together

B2B customer data platform Leadspace has acquired business data solutions firm ReachForce, whose tools include SmartSuite and SmartForms.

ReachForce CEO Dion CornettLeadspace's intelligent B2B Customer Data Platform (CDP) helps clients enrich and update their data; use sophisticated AI to unlock insights and opportunities in the data, with tools including predictive and persona modeling and scoring; and then activate the results in real time across sales and marketing systems. The buy gives the company a new team of experts, complementary technology and a range of customer and industry relationships - plus an office in Austin, TX to add to existing locations in San Francisco, CA and Hod Hasharon, Israel. The combined team is said to be 'working on exciting new features coming later this summer'.
