New Leaders for Ad Fraud Specialist Kubient

July 30 2019

In New York, ad tech and fraud prevention platform Kubient has appointed serial entrepreneur Peter Bordes as Chief Executive Officer, while former Ogilvy exec Chris Andrews joins as Chief Digital Officer.

Peter Bordes and Chris AndrewsKubient has created a single, integrated platform for advertisers and publishers to optimize and connect their audiences, offering proprietary AI-powered technology that stops ad fraud pre-bid, as opposed to measuring a portion of traffic for fraud or measuring fraud after the fact. It also performs anonymous matching of the 'digital DNA' of audiences to connect them with relevant campaigns.

Bordes (pictured left) is a long-time media and ad tech industry exec, most recently the founder of digital audience development platform oneQube, where he is Chairman. He is an active angel investor, and previously founded and served as CEO of real-time performance marketing exchange, the MediaTrust. Andrews was an executive at Ogilvy for twelve years, most recently serving as CTO for Ogilvy Health and the Business Partner for the WPP Health & Wellness Group of agencies. Before that, he held leadership positions at Sony Electronics and Harper Collins. In addition to his role as Chief Digital Officer, he will be responsible for commercializing the Company's RTB digital out-of-home (DOOH) platform channel.

Commenting on the appointments, founder and Chief Strategy Officer Paul Roberts said: 'With the deep digital media experience and passion that both Peter and Chris bring to our executive team, Kubient is well-positioned to disrupt an industry that has become siloed, complex and wrought with fraud'.
