Colmar Brunton NZ Hires Behavioural Insights Director

In New Zealand, WPP-owned market and social research company Colmar Brunton has appointed Kathryn Robinson as Behavioural Insights Director, based in its Wellington office.

Kathryn RobinsonThe company, which also has offices in Auckland, offers access to its specialist Social Research Agency, to help social profit organisations achieve their aims through a collaborative approach to strategy and planning, and the development of effective policy, communications, services, and initiatives. Robinson (pictured) joins the Social Research Agency, after serving as Planning Partner at full-service marcoms agency FCB New Zealand where she led behaviour change initiatives for the public sector and NGOs. Before this, as Strategy Director for Assignment Group, she developed brand and marketing strategies for corporates, NGOs and local government.

In her new role, Robinson will advise clients on their behaviour-change initiatives. Colmar Brunton Wellington Director Jocelyn Rout said the appointment reinforces the company's strength in understanding behavioural insights and turning those insights into effective communications and marketing to make a difference on what matters to New Zealanders. 'Kathryn will strengthen our team of outstanding public-sector specialists who use research to help achieve social goals,' Rout added.
