In the US, customer engagement platform Khoros has hired Jack Blaha as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding former incumbent Pete Hess.Khoros was built following the merger of social media marketing software company Spredfast and social media management and online community solutions provider LithiumTechnologies. Through the Khoros customer engagement platform, companies can connect digital interactions across the entire customer journey, which the company says enables brands to develop stronger relationships with those customers and a deeper understanding of how to drive continued customer engagement.
Blaha (pictured) joins with a twenty-year track record of technology leadership. He previously served as CEO of Lone Wolf Technologies and PeopleAdmin, and takes over from former Lithium Technologies CEO Hess, who led the company through the 2018 merger.
Blaha comments: 'By combining Lithium and Spredfast, Khoros set a new standard for what modern customer engagement should look like, helping the world's biggest brands win new customers and improve loyalty and retention. I look forward to building on the company's strong foundation and working with the team to usher in the next phase of Khoros' growth.'
