Bilendi Adds AI to Sample Management Platform

European digital MR services firm Bilendi Group has updated its 'Bilendi Sample Management' platform, with the integration of new functionalities using artificial intelligence.

Bilendi has offices in Europe's 'big 5' economies plus Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium and Morocco; and also operates in Switzerland, Austria, Norway and Italy. The Sample Management platform manages millions of panelists in twelve European countries.

Using statistical models to make the selection of algorithms even more relevant, the platform now enables an unlimited number of distribution variables generating an unlimited number of individual combinations, while adhering to panel usage rules. These rules relate to areas such as maximum numbers of invites per members and per week, limiting the number of invites to surveys in the same category, and exclusion of members participating in previous studies.

Through machine learning based on the history of the activity of members, the software can now predict the behaviour of each sample and select the appropriate panelists from more than 2,000 profiling criteria.
