Markelytics Launches DIY Research Platforms

October 30 2019

Research solutions and outsourcing firm Markelytics has launched a range of DIY market research platforms.

Rajesh BodkeMarkelytics offers MR outsourcing, online panels and project management, as well as full service survey work. Its new suite comprises four DIY research platforms, offering brands and marketers online qualitative solutions, panel management solutions, feedback system management to create surveys without any technical knowledge with multiple question types, and 'Brands-cum-Private Communities', which give access to a set of consumers attached to a product / service managed through one platform.

The qualitative solutions platform gives a 360-degree view of respondents through integrated features such as facial coding, eye-tracking, heat mapping and backroom participants. This allows respondents to join a video call without any installation, and the moderators / facilitators can then conduct and schedule calls, record meeting sessions, conduct in-call polls with participants and view instant results.

Company Director Rajesh Bodke (pictured) comments: 'Our DIY platforms will reduce the timelines and cost incurred by companies, thereby removing redundant steps from the process and shifting the power struggle in data-driven decision making in their favor. We also want the global startup community to become more sharp and adept in understanding the market and consumer behavior through our DIY platforms, so that the probability of their success is increased'.

The company is headquartered in Bangalore, India, with additional offices in New Delhi and Mumbai, San Francisco, New Jersey, Dubai, Singapore and Tokyo. Web site: www.markelytics.com .
