Firms Link for Enhanced OTT Campaign Audience Targeting

US-based TV audience measurement firm Tru Optik has partnered with streaming TV and video ad buying platform JamLoop, to offer audience-based targeting capabilities built specifically for over-the-top (OTT) and connected TV (CTV).

Frans VermeulenTru Optik's platform enables users to deliver cross-screen targeting and attribution, by combining census-level OTT viewer data with third party demographic, lifestyle and purchase data. The firm's approach uses household-level signals - including CTV device signatures - that enable targeting and measurement across all smart TV, gaming console and connected devices. In addition, its OTT Data Marketplace is synced to Tru Optik's patented Household Graph of more than 80 million homes, representing nearly 95 percent of US viewers of ad-supported OTT content.

Powered by Tru Optik's marketplace, media companies and advertisers are able to use JamLoop's audience targeting solution to reach television viewers consuming content across streaming apps, ad-based video on demand (AVOD) and broadcast and cable networks. In addition, JamLoop's real-time reporting dashboard will now enable media buyers to uncover exactly which audience segments their campaigns are reaching.
