London-based marketing personalization company Qubit has hired Tracey Ryan O'Connor as VP of North America and Julia Fearn-Muller as VP of Customer Success, while Robin Trickett has been promoted to VP of Strategy.
Qubit helps clients in the eCommerce, travel and gaming sectors understand customers and deliver personalisation at scale. Earlier this year, the firm rolled out a new product portfolio to support the personalisation efforts of retail brands. Ryan O'Connor takes up her new position in New York after being responsible for a portfolio of accounts at ATG (now Oracle Commerce), Reflektion, SmarterHQ, and most recently Salesforce.
In London, Fearn-Muller joins after more than eight years at order management and commerce services business Digital River, where as a Senior Director she was responsible for customer success across numerous global and enterprise accounts. Trickett moves up from the role of Global Operations, having joined the firm five years ago after serving as a Senior Consultant with global consultancy Roland Berger.
In their new roles, O'Connor is responsible for Qubit's business operations in North America; Fearn-Muller will lead Qubit's Customer team worldwide; and Trickett will work with Qubit's leadership team on GTM, multi-year planning and strategic initiatives. COO Marco Vergani comments: 'Tracey, Julia and Robin are all highly accomplished professionals and we are truly excited to have them on our management team. We believe they will not only help Qubit to achieve ambitious growth, but they will make our customers extremely successful. Each is very customer-centric, which is critical for us as our clients include some of the world's most iconic brands'.
