In the US, automated consumer insights platform Zappi has appointed former Havas Media Group Chief Data & Insight Officer Yvonne O'Brien as Executive Vice President, tasked with driving go-to-market efforts across its product suite.
Zappi works in partnership with research agencies and offers off-the-shelf research products targeted at solving business issues ranging from new product development to pack testing, concept testing and social media monitoring. O'Brien (pictured) joins with more than two decades of experience creating and marketing data-led products. Most recently, she worked for The Institute of Customer Service as Associate Insight Consultant, after a stint as Data Strategy Consultant at The Specialist Works. Prior to her two years at Havas Media Group, she was MD - IPG Mediabrands Marketing Sciences UK & Ireland, having previously held senior roles at UM London and Clear Channel Outdoor.
Commenting on the appointment, Chief Product Officer Don Kennedy said: 'Having someone of Yvonne's caliber and expertise will be enormously important for us as we scale from a start-up to genuine market leader in the automation space. We are thrilled to have her join the Zappi team'.
