Real Named President of LRW Group's Strativity

US-based insight firm LRW Group has appointed Elizabeth Real as President of its customer and employee experience consulting firm Strativity, replacing founder Lior Arussy, who will remain an advisor to the business.

New York-headquartered Strativity offers a multi-disciplinary approach to customer experience strategy design and implementation, combining proprietary research tools, strategic analysis, business planning and CX innovation design. Real (pictured) joins after serving as CEO of RealLuv Inc, before which, she was CEO, Europe for innovation firm ?What If!, where she spent eleven years. She began her career in the advertising world, in roles at Grey, McCann and Y&R.

In her new position, Real will guide company strategy and operations, while focussing on expanding Strativity's reach across the portfolio of clients within the LRW Group, which acquired Strativity in early 2018.
