Mopinion and ContentSquare Link for CX Understanding

Customer feedback analyst Mopinion has announced a software integration with UX analytics platform ContentSquare, combining digital experience analytics and customer feedback to provide context from the customer experience (CX) journey.

Luke PriceContentsquare's platform helps businesses understand how and why users are interacting with their app, mobile and web sites. The platform offers session replay, customer journey analysis and zone-based heatmapping tools, helping users to analyse common paths and behaviour leading up to and integrating with user feedback.

Mopinion Head of Global Sales Luke Price (pictured) says one of the many advantages of the integration is that shared clients now have the means to obtain a 'complete view' of the customer journey: 'Contentsquare reveals what the site visitors are doing and Mopinion reveals why'.
