Toronto, Canada-based customer insight solution provider Vision Critical has launched a cloud-based app called Touchpoint, to help brands create faster interactions with a wider customer base.
The app can be used to reach new customers that have previously been difficult to connect with, engaging with them on social media sites and other online locations via their mobile devices. It will also extend the functionality of the firm's flagship Sparq communities platform, through which clients can gain insights into their customers' behavior and attitudes on a regular and immediate basis. Sparq now offers access to new features including Quick Polls, and the company has launched its first industry-specific solution, the Sparq patient experience package.
