Nordic MR specialist Userneeds has partnered with mobile research tech firm RealityMine, aiming to provide a more holistic view of the digital behaviour of Nordic consumers.
With locations in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki, Userneeds provides access to a consumer panel of more than 300,000 Irish, Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian members. Together with its new partner's RealityMeter data collection tool, this will give clients access to a single-source continuous data set that combines observed digital behaviour with validated surveys. According to the firms, this deal allows Userneeds to profile consumers' web, app and media usage across PC, tablet and mobile devices, and will help researchers draw insights about actual consumer actions, preferences and drivers.
Ulrik Hjarnaa (pictured), Chief Technology Officer at Userneeds, comments: 'To us, people are so much more than data and surveys and more than the technology that provides insights. Our partnership with RealityMine will allow Userneeds to create an even stronger product portfolio - further enriching the insights we provide to our clients and their target groups'.
