Respondent Recruitment Firm Telmy Expands to NZ

Melbourne, Australia-based Telmy has expanded to New Zealand, where it has launched its tech-based platform for qual and UX respondent recruitment. Long-time industry exec Winifred Henderson joins in New Zealand as Managing Director.

Founded in 2018 by researchers Bianca Plunkett and Peter Treloar, Telmy offers a self-serve platform through which to access respondents from a wide range of sources including panels, customer lists and social media channels. Henderson (pictured) joins with a background that includes senior roles at Ipsos and TNS, as well as running her own qual/sensory and CX recruitment company Prime Research. She is currently a Board member at the not-for-profit GRBN (Global Research Business Network), serves on the APRC (Asia Pacific Research Committee), and is a fellow of RANZ (Research Association of New Zealand).
