Research for Good Launches DataForce Suite

June 15 2020

In the US, project management, survey fieldwork and tech provider Research for Good (RFG) has launched a suite of data acquisition and research tools called DataForce.

Baillie BuchananLaunched in 2012 by three former execs of social media sampling firm Peanut Labs, Seattle, WA-based RFG now offers sample in thirteen countries around the world, and builds proprietary technology for data collection. Its new DataForce suite comprises purpose-built tools to enable respondent acquisition, community management, automation of sample side and demand, as well as to optimize the full research project lifecycle.

DataForce modules are available as both a suite of off-the-shelf SaaS solutions, or as API driven Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings to facilitate product development for agencies looking to build proprietary research products of their own. One module, 'Connect', includes a fully-automated respondent ecosystem, with unlimited question structures, device type capabilities, and adaptability to various engagement methodologies; while the other, 'Community', is a community management platform with a system for survey invitations and matching through an automated sampling system.

COO Baillie Buchanan (pictured) comments: 'DataForce enables our clients to optimize the efficiency of their research operations, maximize the ROI of their communities, and easily build and integrate new research tech as their client's needs evolve. Automated Sampling grew from a specific client concern about participant-to-survey matching and led to a revolution in panel participation efficiency. Together with our customers, we aim to apply these same development principles across a myriad of today's data acquisition headaches'.
