Chung Hired for Spectra's New Insights Director Role

In Hong Kong, brand strategy, design and content specialist Spectra Partnership has hired former Nielsen exec Simon Chung for the newly created position of Insights Director, charged with driving its Spectra Focus consumer insights practice.

Simon ChungSpectra brings together individuals with expertise in business design, consumer research, brand strategy, brand identity and architecture, and communications, to help clients grow their businesses. Its Focus platform offers customer journey mapping, personal profiling, brand and campaign impact analysis, and communications gap analysis.

Chung (pictured) joins with fifteen years' research and insights experience. Most recently, he was Qualitative Lead, Consumer Insights at Nielsen, leading the transformation of UX and UI testing services in Hong Kong. Prior to this he worked for ABN Impact (now part of Insites Consulting as AD, Digital; and he spent more than six years at Kantar Millward Brown in Hong Kong, having begun his career at Synovate.

In his new role, Chung is supported by Spectra's Research and Analysis team, and leads business development and research delivery for a number of clients.
