In the US, long-time Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) execs Susie Ribnik and Linda Hobson have launched a new data collection agency called Ribnik Research, to meet the needs of small to mid-sized companies. Their new firm is based in Burbank, CA.
Ribnik spent the last seventeen years at LRW, overseeing and managing complex data collection projects for numerous business units, while Hobson worked there for nearly 22 years, managing projects across a range of methodologies. Their new firm focuses on data collection management, both qualitative - setting up and managing focus groups, one-on-one phone interviews and ethnographies - and quantitative, including programming and managing online surveys, CATI, and CAWI methods for studies managed in the US and internationally.
In a statement, the pair said: 'With a primary goal of demystifying market research, Ribnik Research helps companies achieve results, by collecting the information their clients need to understand customers' wants and needs'.
