OSG Launches Employee Engagement Survey App

In the US, behavioral and cognitive analytics technology company OSG has launched an employee engagement survey app called PxidaTX, to help HR professionals better understand what matters most to their employees and how their organization is performing across those areas.

PxidaTX contains a library of employee surveys which an HR team can adapt to suit their organization. Within this library is a set of 'What Matters Most' surveys covering every aspect of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit. These ask employees to consider and rank a list of attributes (things that might matter) relating to the organization, and then make comparisons between different pairs of attributes. According to the firm, this requires employees to think objectively about what is really important to them personally, and removes the bias and subjectivity often found in conventional employee surveys.

After completing the comparisons, employees are asked how their organization performs on the things that they indicated mattered most to them; removing the need for HR to send out a second survey. Employee contact details including age, gender and department can be uploaded in PxidaTX's cloud-based database, and surveys can be tailored for each department. More advanced features, including survey logic and customizable real-time dashboards, come without any additional costs.
