FICO Promotes EMEA Analytics Leader

Analytics software provider FICO (formerly the Fair Isaac Corporation) has promoted Louise Lunn to the role of Head of EMEA Analytics, leading its newly created Global Analytics Delivery organisation and overseeing the firm's teams of data scientists worldwide.

Louise LunnFounded in 1956 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, FICO has evolved into an organisation using big data and maths to predict consumer behavior, and its analytics software and tools are used across multiple industries to manage risk, fight fraud, build more profitable customer relationships, optimize operations and meet government regulations. Lunn (pictured) joined last year as Senior Director, Analytic Consulting, EMEA, after working as a Partner at credit risk consultancy Radar Risk. She previously served as Head of Analytics Team in the Experian Decision Analytics group, and spent nearly a decade at credit-checking firm Scorex, acquired by Experian in 2014.

Lunn previously led the team responsible for delivering analytics projects to customers in the EMEA region. In her new role, she will oversee regional delivery teams here and in Latin America, Asia-Pacific and North America, as well as the company's Global Analytic Delivery Center, based in Bangalore, India.
