Appointment at NetReflector

March 24 2004

Fast growing online survey solutions provider NetReflector has announced the appointment of William R. Derrick as the new CTO (Chief Technology Officer). Former CTO Colin Prior remains in an advisory position as co-founder and Chairman of the Board.

Derrick will head the company's software development teams based in Seattle and Moscow, Russia, who develop the company's flagship online survey application, InstantSurvey, and deliver custom development requests from clients.

Prior to NetReflector, he served as the CIO of Seattle-based biotechnology firm Corixa Corporation, and as Vice President of E-Commerce Operations for Getty Images' Gettyone division. He holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from Pace University in White Plains, NY, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

NetReflector's president and CEO Villette Nolon says Derrick's '18 years' experience in information technology, business operations and electronic commerce comes at the right time for us at this stage of our growth'.

The company has signed up more than 100 new customers and achieved a 220% revenue growth in the past two years, and according to Derrick has 'the opportunity to become the dominant player in the newly evolving customer satisfaction measurement market space'.

Clients include Microsoft, British Petroleum and Expedia. As well as Seattle and Moscow, NetReflector has offices in Newbury, UK. Its web site is at www.netreflector.com
