SurveyMonkey Adds Specific Survey Feature Access Plan

October 21 2020

DIY research software firm SurveyMonkey has launched a service called 'contributor seats', for users who only want to analyze and act on specific survey results, while enabling clients to only pay for the features those individual team members require.

Ross MoserAs an add on to the firm's existing 'Team Plans' pricing modules - Team Advantage, Team Premier, and Enterprise - the new limited-access user accounts have been created to provide cost-effective access to only the specific features required. Contributor seats offer stakeholders - including executives, contractors, and customers - access to the data without full survey design capabilities, and according to the firm, they can be added to Team Plans at a fraction of the cost of full seats.

Ross Moser (pictured), General Manager of Surveys, comments: 'Especially at a time when our workforces are largely distributed, teams need a simpler way to collaborate and evaluate data across functions, and use that data to drive business decisions in a cost-effective way. SurveyMonkey Team Plans offer a powerful way to enable small groups in an organization to collaborate and act on feedback. Now with contributor seats, additional stakeholders in the organization will be able to easily tap into these business-critical insights.'
