Upgrades for QuestionPro

November 5 2020

Austin, Texas-based online survey and research services firm QuestionPro has announced new features and tools including Zoom-integrated focus groups; data mining and collaboration features; and a churn analysis tool on its CX platform.

Vivek BhaskaranQuestionPro was founded in 2005 by current CEO Vivek Bhaskaran (pictured), and has offices in the US, Mexico, Germany, the UAE and India. The new tools, along with a product roadmap, were unveiled at the company's XDay 2020 North America event. QuestionPro's communities platform now allows researchers to run a focus group with Zoom taking notes and highlighting text in real time; while the new Slack data mining application lets them mine census-balanced data from 50-300 respondents in under three minutes - used to quickly test hypotheses or generate statistically-valid data.

Collaboration upgrades allow multiple people to simultaneously review and edit a survey, and improved reporting means users can create customized 'Views' of key data and share them with stakeholders in a dynamic dashboard. On the Customer Experience platform, NPS+ provides 'a fresh look at churn' via Integrated Root Cause Analysis - this allows researchers to compute the risk of churn, based on analyzing data from both 'Passives' and 'Detractors'.
