Kochava and Foursquare in Location Data Deal

November 23 2020

Mobile data marketing firm Kochava Collective and location data platform Foursquare have partnered, to enable marketers and publishers to enhance their first-party intelligence with 'real-world' location data.

Brian Cox and Rob JonasThrough the deal, Foursquare's 800+ audiences will be matched with more than 400 million of the Kochava Collective's devices, using visitation behavior. The firms say this will give marketers 'unique added knowledge' about their customers' behavior and shopping habits, unlocking potential communication opportunities through omni-channel media.

Features provide access to location-based audiences, and the ability to layer location visit data on top of internal first-party data to better understand brick-and-mortar brand affinity. Brian Cox (pictured left), General Manager of the Kochava Collective, says the partnership will help marketers understand their core audience and delivery relevant messaging wherever they are.

Rob Jonas (right), CRO at Foursquare, adds: 'The Kochava Collective and Foursquare partnership offers customers unmatched access to one of the most extensive and rich lists of audiences in the industry. Spanning across every vertical and behavioral lifestyle, our audiences are ready-to-use, perfect for segmentation, and adaptable to changing consumer behavior'.
