STRAT7 ResearchBods Adds Five to Team

In the UK, customer insights and communities platform developer STRAT7 ResearchBods has appointed Karen Lewis as Customer Success Lead, while Gordon Sherratt joins as Head of IT. Paul Wilson, Kelsey Cathchpole and Caitlin Fletcher also join the team.

Karen LewisThe company is part of 'data-driven strategy group' STRAT7, founded last year by data and analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE. Lewis (pictured) joins from social media brand safety and crisis monitoring services provider Crisp Thinking, where she served as VP, Customer Success, before which she was Head of Digital Strategy at ROI specialist Intermarketing Agency. In her new role, she will work closely with Emily McCarthy, who was recently promoted to Head of Customer Success.

Sherratt, who previously worked at social media and entertainment publisher LADbible, is now responsible for IT operations across STRAT7 ResearchBods and the wider group. Wilson has joined as Business Development Manager, after a variety of SaaS and market intelligence sales roles, including at online competitive intelligence provider Hitwise. Cathchpole joins as Trainee Project Manager after events management roles in the hospitality sector, while Fletcher takes up the post of Project Support Administrator.
